Spending time in nature and exciting news coming soon!

Recently now the weather has picked up I have been spending a lot more time walking and in nature. There’s so many benefits to being in nature and I find it’s amazing for my mental health personally.



I’ve been involved in a lot of research on the benefits of spending time in nature and impacts on well-being and mental health. It improves loneliness, improves mood, self esteem, social support, physical health and reduces the need for medications to help with a variety of mental health conditions.


I love spending time with nature and just taking some time out to go for a walk or just sit and enjoy the countryside. I like to relax by focusing on my surroundings, watching for wildlife and spotting plants, listening for birds or flowing water, focusing on each of my senses in turn helps to separate the daily stresses from being in the moment in nature.
